Surface Scratches:
Distortions on the surface of the leather are frequently caused by a lack of conditioners in the leather itself. Reapplication of the proper emollients with heat and agitation will make most scratches disappear.

Cuts:
Actual cuts in the leather can usually be repaired with a combination of subpatches, fillers, and recoloring to make the repairs all but invisible.

Color Loss:
Whether due to dry fading, color coat damage or staining, color loss can usually be repaired by adding back the original dyes or pigments and refinishing the leather's topcoat.
